Walk-N-Lizard
Dan Gapen's WALK-N-LIZARD is constructed of ashwood (hardest of the floating hardwoods), has a stainless thru-wire core and hosts extra strong Mustad treble hooks. It is impregnated with composite resins to prevent wood rot, then covered with three coats of epoxy and dipped in a crystal clear heavy-duty acrylic. Gapen's WALK-N-LIZARD is nearly impossible to break. Originally designed to work peacock bass in South America, this lure has worked equally well on northern pike, large bass, and trophy muskie. 9" Walking baits make a fantastic target for blood-thirsty predators who will gladly thrash this bait. Get ready to set your hooks and brace for impact!
"Signature" Surface Lures are made with the finest ashwood available which, in turn, is impregnated with special modern preservatives which create a nearly destroy-proof lure.
How-To Use the Walk-N-Lizard:
PRESENTATION #1: This lizard works on largemouth bass, as well as trophy muskie, pike and stripers. The main thing an angler must remember is to work the lizard slower, ever so slow.
PRESENTATION #2: For best results, rip these lizards fast for 6 feet...stop...twitch gently...then rip once again and repeat.
