My rod broke the very first time I took it out. I’ve never broken a rod in my life so needless to say I am not satisfied. Now I’m out a rod unless I ship the broken one back and pay half the price of a new one? I will just put that money to use buying a quality product.

I purchased both these rods for my husband and he is overwhelmed!  He has St Croix and Fenwick rods and says these are even more impressive, besides the cost, the customer service is great!  I ordered him a reel combo and reel did not come in with rods so next day in the mail, we received 2 reels!  We didn't expect that, but this is the type company they are, Family Owned, and it shows, as we own our own business as well!  Thank you
