Sent items not ordered. Excellent Customer Service December 17, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Maryland, United States   I recently took advantage of a sale - bought a number of Flicker spoons - but after the order was taken, it turned out that two were no longer in stock in the specific weights and finishes I had selected.  I was given an option to change the order or get a refund.  I said I was willing to wait for when the items were restocked and asked for the Flickers to be sent when they became available.  I really appreciate the efforts that Gapien's customer service made to reach me, to quickly process the order, and get me exactly what I wanted.  Success on all counts and bonus points for flexibility. Perch color November 10, 2021 Reviewer: Michael from Gordon, NE United States   The perch color i recieved is different than what i have purchased in the past. They dont have the holographic coating. Might work as well. Time will tell. Was this review helpful to you?
